Most panel and service work can be quoted from photos, because the panel tells us what it is. Here is what to send.

1. 01

   The panel, door open

   Swing the door open and photograph the breaker handles and the label on the inside of the door. Leave the metal cover behind the door in place. Taking it off exposes live parts, and that is our job, not yours.

2. 02

   The meter outside

   The whole meter base and whatever is next to it: the disconnect, the conduit, where the wires come in.

3. 03

   Anything you were told

   An inspection report, an insurer's letter, or the EV charger model you bought. A photo of the page is fine.
